| ► Event Note | IQAC, Dibru College organised a one-day Skill Building Workshop on Photography ‘Playing With Lights’ from 27th to 29th March, 2018. The Resource Persons Dr. Arijit Ghosh, Assistant Professor, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous) Kolkata, Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Baruah, Co-Founder, CEO and Lead Trainer at Photography Learners Hub, Jorhat and Mr. Deborshee Gogoi, Assistant Professor, Digboi College spoke and demonstrated on the basics and various aspects and types of photography shots like Landscape Photography, Candid Photography, Wildlife Photography, etc. The participants were also taken on a field trip to the nearby tea gardens where Dr. Ghosh provided a hands-on training to them. There were overall forty participants in the workshop which comprised of students and alumni of the college besides students from Delhi Public School, Sibsagar, Rameshwar H.S.School, Barbaruah, R.M.R.C. Lahoal, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dibrugarh, Sankardev Shishu Niketan, Salt Brook Academy and N.L.B. City College, Dibrugarh. |
