ABOUT IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Dibru College was established with the objective of developing a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. In accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC was constituted in 2002 to promote quality enhancement and holistic academic excellence in the College. Since its inception, the IQAC has been playing a proactive role in fostering a culture of quality assurance and institutional development in both academic and administrative activities of the College.
Under the guidance of the IQAC, Dibru College has successfully completed three cycles of NAAC assessment and accreditation — Cycle I in 2004 with B+ Grade, Cycle II in 2017 with A Grade (CGPA 3.09), and Cycle III in 2023 with B++ Grade (CGPA 2.9). Over the years, the IQAC has initiated and monitored several quality enhancement measures relating to teaching-learning, research, student support, infrastructure development, extension activities and institutional governance.
The Cell regularly organises seminars, workshops, lectures, faculty development programmes and awareness activities to strengthen the academic environment of the College. It also coordinates the preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR), conducts feedback analysis from stakeholders and encourages innovative and student-centric practices.
Through its dedicated efforts, the IQAC continues to uphold the vision and mission of Dibru College by ensuring quality education, accountability, transparency and holistic development of students in tune with the changing needs of higher education and society.
