In a remarkable feat, the Department of Political Science at Dibru College has concluded a highly successful one-month coaching program from 28th February, 2024 to 5th March, 2024. A total of 54 enthusiastic participants actively engaged in the program, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing their academic and competitive skills.
The coaching sessions witnessed active involvement from esteemed faculty members hailing from various departments of Dibru College. These experienced educators not only contributed their expertise but also delivered insightful lectures, providing participants with a well-rounded understanding of the subjects.
Adding a touch of real-world insight to the program, Mr. Devanarayan Hazarika, Circle Officer of Dibrugarh West, graced the event with his presence. Mr. Hazarika took the opportunity to interact with the participants, offering valuable perspectives and practical advice related to competitive examinations.

Renowned Cardiologist and Head of the Department of Cardiology at Assam Medical College, Dr. Mriganko Sekhar Chaliha, delivered an insightful speech titled “Pathways to Success in Life” upon the invitation of the college’s Teachers’ Unit. Dr. Chaliha also inaugurated an edited book from the Department of Assamese during the event. Additionally, the program honored a total of eight students who qualified in UGC NET & IIT JAM examinations.
