The college has a NCC wing providing students a great number of opportunities. It has SD and SW unit. Students from class XI and above can join this organization as senior division cadets. NCC activities include conduct of Annual Training Camps (ATC), Flying, Sea Training, Familiarization training with various Services institutes’ likeIndian Military Academy (Dehradun) and officers.

Incentives for NCC Cadets: NCC 'C' Certificate Holders have reserved Vacancies in-

• Army: - At IMA Dehradun-64 every year through UPSC and SSB interview. in OTA, Chennai-100. Every year for short Commission (Non-Technical). No UPSC Exam, only SSB every year.
• For ORs, Sailors, and Airmen: 5 to 10 percent bonus marks awarded for recruitment.
• Para Military Forces: - 2 to 10 bonus marks awarded for recruitment.
• Department of Telecommunication: - Bonus marks awarded for recruitment.
• CRPF: NCC Cadets with just passed marks in graduation are eligible for recruitment to gazetted posts.
• State Govt.: Preference for State Services in certain State.
• Industry: Some industries give preferences to NCC 'C' certificate holders for various jobs related with the field of security.

 The college has National Service Scheme which teaches the students the value of discipline, social consciousness and dignity of labour. The students are enrolled as volunteers. All the volunteers must attend the different programme and camps.

From the academic Session 2012-2013, the college has initiated the process of introducing Bharat Scout & Guide training realizing the values and importance and considering the immoral situation of the society at this present turmoil situation.
